Derry Matthews and Paul Smith whats the beef?

I think Derry is more bothered about Crolla getting a title shot! Fair play to Crolla he eeked out the win offically. I thought Rees had done enough but Skys arse licking bias was bad.

Not sure why Sky are trying to make Burns v Crolla. Its a bad mismatch. I think they were hopng for a Rees win

 

This is my problem with this site.....people were crying out for the Mitchell Burns fight. What had Kevin done that Crolla hasn't done? He came off the back of a win over John Murray.....Crolla coming off the back of a Gavin Rees win. bigger scalp if you ask me. So why not give the lad a chance. :deal

 

i think burns should be looking at bigger fights than crolla. what as happened to terry flanagan? looks a very good fighter

 

He beat Nate Campbell on the Khan-Diaz undercard, very good underrated fighter imo.

 

Excellent fighter who could fight any of the LW's in the UK except Ricky just now

I'd say crolla is 1 of the most respected an liked boxers on here, what's with the **** your giving Derry tho your makin yourself look a nob and crolla in the process! Derry a top guy ever time iv met him always been nice an had time to say hello!

 

Being realistic though Derry has a massive point, i hope people arent kidding themselves and thinking Crolla deserves this.. Rees got dismantled by Broner so hes clearly not world level, i think he beat Crolla though tbh, but beating Rees shouldnt guarantee anyone a title shot. Theres much more deserving fighters like Ammeth Diaz, Denis Shafikov, Richard Abril, Emiliano Marsili, Terence Crawford, Omar Figueroa... There a few who would smash Crolla to absolute bits, why havent they got a shot Billy boy?
