    Why was the Barry Hearn interview pulled??? It was one of the best Ifilm interviews yet. Old man Hearn was on top form! There wasn't anything libaless said.

    It's time FW laughed these things off as banter instead of taking the heavy handed approach all the time. Trying to control the interweb makes you look like a c*nt and puts people's backs up, especially when the folk who watch things like that are the boxing hardcore he should be appealing to.

    I'm a huge fan of Barry Hearn but he did say things about Frank that were defamatory. Some of his comments could serious damage Frank's business.

    The scenario we have is obvious:

    The unpopular man can do nothing right and the popular man can do nothing wrong.

    If Barry had taken action over Frank's comments then everyone would be on Barry's side and Frank would still be the villain.

    Not true.Libel laws are much more liberal and sustainable in the UK than the US.This is at least one area where the Brits outdue Americans in the courts.
