Who do you think won? Castillo vs Mayweather

i think castillo won the fight. mayweather got a gift decision. has there ever been proof that mayweather was injured? every time mayweather has a bad fight he claims some sort of injury.

 

Mayweather won the first 5 rounds clearly in my opinion.

If you think Castillo won ALL of the last 7, then that's on you...

I always find two of those final 7 rounds for Mayweather.

Only once of the four times I've watched this fight start to finish have I come up with a Draw.

I could watch it 100 times and would never score it for Castillo, as I clearly think Mayweather won 6 rounds.

 

No doubt Floyd was miles ahead more skillful, hell, Tito even had bad balance, but tho he wasn't a devastating puncher like Chico prime Tito and Oscar threw punches in bunches and easily catch Floyd. Floyd's comp at 147 were WEAK, unlike the comp Tito and Oscar faced 90's-2002 or so. Floyd could handle Oscar or Shane once they gassed, but prior to that the older warriors more than held their own with Floyd. Boxers like Hopkins, Wright, and Rj were able to beat Tito not because they'd make him miss, they still had to absorb and handle his power. Floyd would not be as successful. Like I said, 147, maybe Floyd would squeek out a decision, but 154 Tito at his best Floyd gets a clear UD loss. Nothing he can do to slowdown Tito's attack.

oops wrong thread. Anyways Castillo won. Tho Floyd might of beaten him 9 outta 10 times. But that night, JLC should of been the victor. Helluva fighter.

This can't be a new thread...anyway never scored for castillo. Always either been a draw or mayweather. Last month I scores it 114 112

 

at the time I saw the fight I thought castillo had won. I was fourteen or fifteen when the fight occured and was easily swayed by ledermans scorecard being the young impressionable kid i was. I'd have to rewatch.

 

On that night, Castillo would have won if he had not been so intimidated of Mayweather's speed from the start.
Midway through the 5th round Castillo found out he could lay hands and hurt Mayweather to the body. He worked and dominated Mayweather from that point to the finish.
