How bad is Price's chin?

Yup, got his butt beat again. He is 100% glass jaw.

Wlad has a weak chin he was knocked out 3 times by inferior opponents who did not even fight all that well. Its not like he got knocked out by riddick bowe, lennox lewis, mike tyson or one of the top boxers of that decade. He has 3 embarassing losses and almost a dozen embarassing knockdowns.
-3 knock downs against samuel peter
-4 against corrie sanders
-Ross Puritty laid his ass out :happy
-lamont brewster waxed his ass twice 2 :bbb
-Williamsom laid Klitschko out
- Steve Pannel laid him out with ease:good

So Wlad has been laid on the matt 12 times. He has near 60 fights. Every 5 times he walks in a ring he gets knocked down or out. He definetly has chin problem only Amir Khan MIGHT have been knocked down more but I doubt it. The worst part is tall guys usually have the best chins and don't get laid out too much because they are harder to nail solidly. Klitschko is amongst the worst chinned heavyweight champions ever. I doubt even Floyd Patterson could break his record for worst chin in history.

 

No question. Price's chin is pure Grade A china.

Not only is Price's chin Glass, it's that really thin glass.. You know, the kind that slip out your hand when washing dishes and it barely touches the sink and breaks apart?

 

Two things.

First, he might have been down twelve times, but according to you own list, he was only down in 6 fights. So that's six out of sixty.

Only one fight in ten.

But Patterson have been down 20 times in his career. A lot of them in his championship reign.

So to me Patterson already "beat" Wlad in that category.

Also, Jack Dempsey was down 13 times in his career.

Primo Carnera was down 14 times

Ezzard Charles was down 14 times at heavyweight.

Joe Louis about 10 times.

So maybe Wlad has a bad chin. But he's not the worst among champions.

 

It's not so much Price's chin, it's the fact that Thompson is very underrated. Wilder refused to fight Thompson for a very good reason.

The funny thing is that Wladimir atleast changed is style after he got knocked down to a more careful one.
