    Whatever Thompson got for the rematch, it obviously wasn't enough.

    Certainly only a sliver of what he made in Klitschko I & II.

    There is a trade-off: he made less to pick up a couple of career-defining on-the-road underdog knockouts as opposed to making oodles more to get painfully knocked out twice...

    Needless to say, whichever pair he looks on more fondly (the glorious or the lucrative) they are the four biggest nights of Thompson's professional life.
