to get Fury out of there by Round 6.

I see a few people predicting Haye for a KO8-10 or a decision. I don't think so. I say this as one of Haye's biggest fans here: His stamina is disappointing to say the least. If forced to fight for entire rounds at a time, he gases badly.

He kept his wind and power against Wladdy because he wasn't really forced to fight against him. Against Chizzy he was gassing before he finally got the KO in 5.

On the other hand, Fury, despite his flaws, has very good stamina and workrate for a guy his size. If he survives the first 6 rounds, he has the stamina to make the fight a living hell for Haye. He also has the power to do some real damage if haye allows it to go that far.

I still think Haye will get him out of there in about 4. But, if I'm watching and Fury is sees the bell to begin Round 7, I'm getting worried. Real worried.

Fury has exceptional chin so Haye must land early before his stamina and speed are gone

Agreed. No need for Haye to give Fury too many rounds to lay on him, hold, lean, shove, etc. it's gonna sap Haye's energy. Fury loves to do this to opponents. Plus it's ugly as f*ck to watch.

I think Haye will stop him early. I don't think it'll go past the 4th or 5th.

Fury ain't gonna get the chance to lay on Haye. He's gonna eat a big one before he gets close. Total mismatch. Pavkic put him down, Cunningham put him him down, Haye will put him down and keep him down.

Don't believe the hype. Easy easy fight for Haye. Another of those bull**** domestic money makers. Can hardly call Haye a world level fighter, when all he does is fight Brits in meaningless contests. Audley, Chisora, Fury.

he will fight Martin Rogan next or bring on Danny Williams or Matt Skelton. Keep this up, can call him a domestic level journyman soon.:patsch

I think Haye wins the fight no matter how he fights. He can outbox him (while carefully dosing his energy), or knock him out with an onslaught.

Tyson Fury is a very good fighter - don't get me wrong. But David Haye is the best HW other than Wlad.

i don't think Haye's stamina is as bad as you're making out. the Chisora fight is true, but that was down to being out for ages. when he's active, it's pretty good. it's not great or anything, but it's good.

with Haye being out for ages again, being in there with a much bigger foe, i agree it would be in his best interest to end this when ever he can. Fury will be a lot more dangerous later in the fight than early. Haye doesn't need to go hell for leather in there though because he could empty his fuel tank early and that would prove costly indeed. he needs the right game plan from the off.

i just hope that David is taking this seriously. he needs to forget about every ones predictions of an early blow out and just knuckle down to training. anything but his full focus won't be enough.

    i have this as 50/50.

what are you talking about? Chisora and Fury are top ten fighters. they've actually proven that in the ring. :patsch

and Haye not being a world level fighter? :tired

Agreed. Not that Haye cant win past the mid rounds, but I only see it getting tougher for him the longer Fury is around.

If Haye can go the 12 round distance with Wlad who is worlds above Fury then if he has to he will have no trouble doing it on points vs this guy. Fury is not a great fighter at all. The writing has been on the wall for ages now - he's a KO waiting to happen and I'm gonna love seeing him talk once he's been fed humble pie. Its only cos this fight will pay him probably more than he'd get against a Klit that he's taking it. Cashing in his 0 cos he knows he should now while he can get a big payday off it. Once he's KO'd all the fuss some naive fans have will dissipitate and then we'll all know he was no more than a big guy with a big mouth.

Not saying Haye cant go 12 with Fury, but the fury fight and the wlad fight, are very different contexts and scenarios.
