Really? A warrior afraid of tests little girls take in the Olympics? Or was he afraid for his safety for a few drops of blood?

The point is that Floyd can take Marquez and Shane's right hand (where Margarito couldn't), and that Pac couldn't take Marquez's right hand.

Dangerous fight? Rios is coming off of a loss and moving up two weight divisions. He is a face first brawler, the kind of fighter tailor made for Pac.

Being kind, this fight is a tune up. keeping it real, this fight is a cherry pick.

Pacquiao had the better run overall but floyd is the greater fighter and beating canelo and finishing his career strong will separate him more

    Manny's record is miles better.

Floyd has better skills, but it's all about who you've beaten.

Manny has beaten better fighters than Floyd has on a more consistent basis.

Firstly, without question Floyd Mayweather Jr is the more skilled fighter and I personally believe that if they both fought at their peak FMJ would have won. However, here's the problem with boxing and not taking risks.
PED accusations aside, what Pac has done has been nothing short of absolutely incredible. Standout wins against ODLH and Hatton, he has been phenomenal. Gets KO'd by an ATG at the tail end of his career and all of a sudden 'he was never that great'/got exposed etc etc.
WTF? Pac was quite under rated and then became grossly over rated, and then when he lost suddenly he's a **** fighter.
Consider this, if PAC destroyed some B level fighter after the 3rd Marquez fight and then retired I believe his overall rankings would have been higher. He took the risk of taking a fight against somebody who "had his number" for the boxing fans, casual fans etc and this is how he is repaid.
FMJ plays the clever game and takes less risk and as a result preserves his legacy. If all fighters did this, who loses? The fans.
EDIT: Props to FMJ for taking the risk against Canelo, who most likely will experience the first professional loss of his career.

Its because of his gift wins and failed cherypicks that people got so sour on Pacquiao. Then him flat out ducking Mayweather was just unacceptable.
