Lewis threw a punch, Vitali tried to avoid it, the punch grazed and cut him. That's not an illegal punch. It's not like he backhanded him or anything.

 

I voted yes, but that punch wasn't flush. It caused a cut as it glazed, then Lewis kept at it with his glove laces.

 

I don't think you can throw a punch that hard with your thumb sticking out. You would break your thumb.
