As far as I am aware there is no direct English blood line the closest would be Anglo/Saxon which originated in Germany.

 

Without trying to be a twat, the english bloodline is a *******isation of a dozen or so germanic, nordic and celtic peoples (including various waves of immigration from Ireland) the Irish bloodline is principally native Irish Celtic which also includes Iberian Celts as well as nordic peoples -principally Norwegians rather than Danes as in the Northern English.

This is of course before the Norman invasion which principally affected the bloodlines of the wealthy by bringing in a new influx of Scandinavian and Frankish blood.

The rest of Europe is even more complicated, with multiple waves of invasion colonisation and war.

In short it's not even worth giving a **** about, biologically we are all pretty much hybrids in terms of racial bloodline. Your identity is what you believe it is and choose it to be as you point out.

'Cept in the case of young Fury of course, who might have a hard job convincing several million Irish that his heart's as green as the Galway grass.

 

Fury comes from the Irish travelling comunity they get quite specific about breeds and that is his bloodline. As travelers they are considered outsiders and perhaps that's why the Irish don't see him as there's.
