He should brawl from the first bell.. go to sleep with style.

 

Garcia needs to really be the counterpuncher - it's all he can do really... Maybe try and land some right hand body shots.

He needs to show Lucas his left hook and right hand power

If Lucas takes it and smiles then Garcia is F8cked.

Garcia likes to hold his ground to counterpunch

Why? His footwork is slow and holding position allows him to throw a harder faster shot

BUT this has the disadvantage in that the opponent will likely get their shot off first...

Putting myself in Garcia's shoes - I wouldn't want to be taking a Matthysse right hand before throwing my right hand or left hook counter... because i'd be on the canvas making weird faces.

Garcia needs to hope his left hook is really as deadly as he's made it look recently and hope Lucas positions himself so that he can get it off.

 

If Danny can out counter Zab, he'll have no issues out countering LM slow ass.................

Like I said he had no issues whatsoever out countering the blazing fast Judah, he'll be fine vs Molasses slow Matthysse

 

I honestly think you will all be shocked when its Matthysse who eats the canvas when the two start going toe to toe. I dont really like garcia, but he is a slicker and smarter fighter than Matthysse.

I predict a check hook that rocks matthysse, he gets up, danny finishes it.

 

Yeah I think the smart money is on Garcia who will probably be a decent underdog.


Matthysse is a great fighter, but he isn't unbeatable. He definitely has flaws that Danny is capable of taking advantage of. Should be a good fight.

 

Punching with him. Its one of the things Danny does best.

When Lucas thrusts into his shots he's left open and off ballance. Danny uses levarge from the legs and when he throws and he's always in position to unload again. Those mitts are always kocked.
In the exchanges , Garcia is far more dangerous.

How will LM take Garcia's power also, I cant name one puncher Matthysse has faced, Lucas will get a rude awakening if he thinks he gonna eat Garcia punches like he did Pillow fisted Peterson, and euro bum Ajose who gave him all hell
