who beat Solis or Thompson to be in the top 10?

 

adamek is a joke by now. all the talk about him being warrior doesn't apply anymore. it used to be true but not anymore. right now he just tries to make some money without losing a fight.

 

Adamek aint fighting Wlad.....no chance in hell. He aint rematching a 43 y/o Vitali either for that matter.

Adamek......has put together a HOF career, and if ever there was a fighter who deserved to fight for a vacant PAPER title, IE the one Potvetkin now holds, Tomasz Adamek is the guy.deal:deal

I see no problem in Adamek vs Chagaev for Potvetkin vacant title.

It could just as easily be the Haye vs Fury winner as well.

Let's just be happy that the WBA title will be held by someone different later this year. And let's be thankful that it very well may be held by Tomasz Adamek.

Let the guy go out saying he conquered 3 divisions. He does afterall deserve it, even if his final conquest is merely holding a joke paper title.:thumbsup

 

Hopefully he retires soon and we can remember the real Adamek, who actually was a warrior, when he fought at 175 and 200lbs. :good

I actually don't mind him taking a couple of cash out, easier fights before he hangs them up. The guy's taken a ton of punishment in his career, and even he knows his contender days are past him. If he's got the hometown draw to capitalize on that, more power to him. I don't think anyone's under the illusion that he's some great threat to the top heavyweights these days.

 

He's fought much tougher guys at heavy weight than Haye has.

 

Haye is not even Top 30 worthy ..
