After the scott victory, frank ****** said derek will be boxing on 21st september on the copperbox card featuring ryder v saunders.
He also stated against a BIG name.now with not that long until the event i cant see him being able to get anyone decent especially an import with a decent name which leads to 2 main options,David Price or Audley HARRISON.
Price needs time to rebuild and amlot of issues to work on so cant see him being out so soon if at all this year so.......
As audley recently came out of retirement Again,i have a bad feeling this is going to be the big name:patsch

anything featuring audley nowadays is bad for boxing but i cant imagine anyone else with any sort of name value(or who ****** could afford)being ready for 21st september

Im certain he will,if its not this fight 1 or 2 wins against low opposition hel be fighting at british level in the next 12 months.this guy just will not accept he hasnt or never has had a qurater of the ability he thinks he has.
promoters still use him as he has name value,im afraid fraudley will keep on going until all promoters refuse to book him.

warran knows better than to sully his reputation right now than making a fight between chisora and harrison....he knows he'd be slated among boxing fans.

hard to know what he could consider a big name......harrison is a kiss of death for warran.....price shouldnt be let back into that level right away.....helinius if he's smart keeps away from chisora with the lucky W he has over him....so, for me, i think it points to tony thompson...he wants to fight in the uk again...although word today that young hughie fury of all people is chasing a fight with him
chagaev is still too dangerous for little reward.
who else is a big name that would fit ??

he gets slated about every card he puts on anyway and rightly so.im sure hed have no problems making this fight after cleverley and burns opponents in world title defences.

no...thats a step too far....he's not that daft....none of the top promoters will touch harrison now.......someone will still make money of him but it'll be a promoter with fook all reputation to worry about

Really hope this isn't going to happen.

I don't desire to see A-Farce fight anybody after his last performance against Wilder. Chisora should try and get a rematch with Helenius or perhaps go up against someone like Manuel Charr.

The promoter,Imo,has made a bit of a comeback lately, what with the Scott fight and the upcoming Cleverly fight.Would he risk tarnishing his reputation by putting Chisora in with a man who was stopped in the first in his last fight? Not to mention nobody would want to see it.Price I feel is a no go at the moment, got an interest in him also ,I think.Maybe one for the future.
Regarding Derek,Scott is far and away his best win,and a really good scalp. As good a heavyweight as any Haye has beaten apart from Valuev,Ruiz past his best for me.I think they'll sit on this victory and wait for a title shot, taking on lesser foes until it happens. This would rule out men like Charr, who I believe would come here for Derek.Dont think Helenius would, especially after last time.

As an afterthought, wouldn't be surprised if Derek spent the next couple of months spending his purse from the Scott fight instead of training for September, and didn't appear on the next bill.Hope Don can get him motivated again. He looked a decent heavyweight on Saturday.
