People blaming floyd have to realize that Bob wasnt going to make DLH-Floyd either or Floyd-Hatton. Look it up.

both are to blame but I think 60/65% is on Pacquiao/Bob Arum.

when both were on even standing in 2009 manny asked for 50/50, ring, top billing, glove, weight penalty, Floyd asked for testing. Mayweather agreed, Pacquiao agreed then reneged at the last minute.

After the Mosley bout everybody wondered what was going on til it came out during the Margarito build up that Pacquaio still didn't agree to testing, Mayweather went on vacation

After Ortiz and Marquez III Mayweather publicly called out Pacquiao, and Pacquiao publicly said he'll take the lesser share only for, the cut, stadium, don't know who to call, can't fight in may, only fight at 50/50 after saying they'll take less.

Mayweather offered him 40 mil, by this time the world had figured out the one guy made 40-50 mil a fight while the other makes 15-25 mil a fight so 50/50 to the higher paid guy didn't make sense.

after that came ko6 and the rest is history.
I put fault on Mayweather for being difficult but considering that he's the one thats been a top 10 fighter in the sport since about 98/99 he's has every right to act like he calls the shots. At the end though the person who made the most sense was mayweather.
drug testing for the biggest fight in the sport should be a non issue, and a higher split to the guy that make double what you make isn't really new.

And to those who cite the Morales fight the first excuse Pacquaio had for that loss was the wrong socks so...

Both are to blame. But #1 cause for this fight not happening is Bob Arum.

I agree with the majority that both are to blame.

The biggest loser in this is Floyd Mayweather..,his achieements are stunning and he has faced all the best of his generation and won easily...but the fact he never fought Pacquaio will be what everyone remebers 20 years from now and will forever taint his legacy and stop him from getting the recognition he deserves.

No one fighter is to blame...they are both equally responsible.

I blame Floyd CATCHweather for asking for "test" he had never asked for before.

I blame Pac for not standing up to Arum.

I blame Arum for not wanting to share the profits of what could have been the biggest fight in the history of boxing.
