I see Pulev is being set up to end Tony Thompson.
But to do so, he would have to vacate his EBU titles.

So which is a better overall career builder for Pulev...Thompson or DelBoy?:think

I think right now, he should jump on the Thompson fight. That win on his resume will look quite good considering who else has beaten Thompson.

In the meantime, DelBoy can beat Dimitrenko or lose to Helenius for the vacant EBU titles.

If Del gets Dimitrenko, it would be a hard fought battle, but I think he could win it. Maybe give Pulev first crack when he comes back from his L to Wlad......

Or, DelBoy can call out Helenius and get his @ss KTFO. IDK.........

Which fight should Pulev take, a chance to KTFO DelBoy, or a chance to retire a top notch contender currently known as a prospect killer.:think

You are aware Chisora and Helenius have already fought and Helenius couldn't do **** with Del right? Pulev should fight Thompson, his mandatory position is more important than an EBU title imo.

    Ummmmmmmm....I am aware they fought.

Are you aware that Helenius tore his rotator cuff in his R shoulder 6 weeks prior to their fight. He suspended all sparring and roadwork, and essentially ended his training camp while it healed.

He ballooned up in wieght and continued to blow his R hand to smithereens the first time he landed it on DelBoy. A punch to the top of Dels head that sent him nearly flying out the ring.

I am aware, but after watching Helenius last few fights I don't think it's healed at all and it may never heal, he's lost his pop which is a shame cause he really could bang.

For Pulev Del boy is on paper the easier fight, but it looks like it'd be in Chisoras back-yard, and since Kubrat ain't a massive KO guy it could be a bit of a risk.

I'd say Thompson is the better bet, still very winnable for Pulev, and it ain't like the Euro belt's a massive loss.
