Hearn is fully justified in making Groves-Froch PPV

    Doesnt make a difference who was fighting. £15-20m each is a totally unrealistic fictional figure

    No way is this PPV,Groves isnt even a household name.

    I don't have any intel on the purses for that fight so it would be unprofessional of me to comment.

    Okay I know your trolling but seriously, how could you even type that, froch might get 7 figures but groves will definately not, and expecting froch to earn anything over £2 million is very very hopeful

    To give this some perspective, Mayweather got £21m ($32m) for his last fight, which is a record purse for a fight.

    £15-20m each, would require somewhere in the region of 2m PPV buys.

    For context, the audience for England beating Australia in the 2nd test of the Ashes this week was 1.5m. That was on a Sunday afternoon, in a higher profile event and wasn't PPV.

    300-400k buys would be good business for Froch v Groves.

    My guess would be Groves will earn about £1m and Froch around £2m.
