Would Chris Eubank Go Through Joe Calzaghe's Resume Undefeated?

Yes without much trouble Benn has a punchers chance that's it, don't give me that Benn would knock him out 99 times out of 100 crap. Watson would be a good fight which Joe wins close but clearly. Apart from that nobody Eubank shared a ring with would worry Joe.

 

Lindell Holmes should worry him with the huge right hand/hook of his, the right uppercut (that punched some opponents over the top-rope) and his lightning double left hook.

Tony Thornton's sneak right would land frequently on Calzaghe's chin and TT one-shotted a few guys with it.

Rocchigiani would easily block slaps, and how many southpaws or big guys did Calzaghe face? None and none. Rocchigiani beat the **** out of Dariusz M, let's not forget.

 

Calzaghe would win every half-minute of every round against Sugar Boy Malinga...

Mike Watson stopped Benn inside 8 rounds ( something no worthless Yank ever managed ) yet we all know that poor Mike couldn't handle Eubank's pure strength.

Calzaghe on the other hand could. End of chat, due to the fact that J.Cal was possibly as good a boxer as Mike Watson.

Eubank couldn't handle Watson's pure strength in their second fight... which is why he was dominated and battered. Eubank handled Calzaghe's strength fairly comfortably.

 

No way ever does a basic fighter like Kessler do much with a complex fighter like Eubank.

 

How would you have seen Benn vs Kessler playing out? :good

 

Kessler would grind him down and stop him with his straight-to-the-point, laser-like punching as Benn goes low in front of him. Kessler can step off to the side well as well, either side, keeping Benn off-balance and having to reset.

 

Think Kessler and Hopkins both beat him clearly.

Prime Kessler was like a swiss clock.
He bested prime Mundine in his own backyard .

He would have some problems in the first half of the fight, but takes over after that, due to Eubank's well established stamina problems.

And i don't see Eubank stopping him.
