Arreola could come over here and kick ass like Tony Thompson has. British fighters don't fight guys like Arreola as a rule, hits too hard and knows too much.

    Chisora in a war.

The Chisora who fought against Helenius would stop Fat Mexican inside 4. Chisora was not the same guy after Helenius fight, he left something in the ring that night. IMO Helenius ruined him.

Good points.. but do recall that Arreola did a much better job against a better verison of Vitali that Adamek fought. I hate to use an overused cliche, but this is a great case for "styles make fights."

And I think we are way to easy to forgive Gsora's crudeness. He isn't Sugar Ray Leonard out there.

But all in all, my brethren from across the pond may have swayed my opinion on this one so slightly. I might agree on Gsora but it wouldn't be as easy as some of you are saying.

Arreola seems to have been declining as of late. Less power, less speed. Right now Del Boy would do a number on him. Whatever Arreola's doing it ain't working.

I just can't back Cris with the same enthusiasm anymore. In fact, I hardly even see him around anymore.

IF he took his career seriously, that would be one thing. But, he was a talented guy who let it slip away.

As you have rightly said Arreola did better than Adamek because of styles not because he is better than Adamek because he clearly isn't based upon his loss to Adamek.

The loss to Adamek with hindsight is even more damning now than when it happened as Adamek's poor performances against Chambers and Cunningham suggest Adamek at heavyweight is not as good as many people believed.

Chisora's punching technique is definitely crude but no worse than Sam Peter's. But Chisora's head movement, ability to cut off the ring is definitely not crude at all as it's these skills which allowed him to be competitive with Haye, Helenius, Scott and even Vitali.
