As to the question in the OP: No Bellew does not beat Stevenson.


I don't know if Eddie makes much out of these away fights as he's probably not part of the promotion but at least Bellew should make a few quid before he gets found out.

Isnt stevenson a bit chinny?? Tonys ko power hasnt looked to clever since hes stepped up to euro/fringe world level but lets put it into perspective. Clev and chilemba are both known for being very durable. Stevenson likes a tearup by all accounts and if tony lands he could easily ko stevenson surely. Tony was sparking out people left right and centre as an am. Hes got it just needs to right opponant to use it. In fairness i aint seen much of stevenson mind so cant really make an informed judgement. Just goin by what ive read and heard.

His chances of success are slim to non existent, however, at least he will go down fighting and know that when his shot at the title came, he gave it his all and will have no regrets. He will be able t look back at it with pride, unlike multi millionaire celebrity boxer David Haye.

He can win no doubt imo but he's rightly the underdog i think Stevenson can be outboxed

 

Stevenson's boxing ability and chin are both underrated. George is a decent puncher and he landed some flush shots and never troubled Stevenson.

 

People have said this but I wouldn't read too much into it.

Yeah he lost too a "journeyman" in his one and only KO defeat, but this "journeyman" was Darnell Boone who can punch... you only need to ask Andre Ward.
