Am I crazy or was Berto in that fight

It sucks he got injured. I couldn't believe how well he was handling himself WITH ONE ARM! This goes up there with some of the toughest performances in sports ever. Maybe not as high as Abraham and his broken jaw against Miranda, but still pretty awesome!

Best part is when he knocked down Karass with his left. LOL I was like WOW!

 

You can't score a round 9-9 unless there are point deductions, ******.

Soto clearly won the fight in terms of points. just glad that he got the stoppage otherwise he would have been ripped off. Soto busted him up and landed far more punches than did Berto. easily.

 

So if you get knocked down then you might as well not waste your energy by throwing another punch. Just run around because, unless you get a knock down, then you can't make a difference to the score.

 

has the shoulder injury been confirmed?

because i thought it was bull****. Berto was just looking for some excuse for why he was looking bad.
he started messing with his shoulder after that bad first round. not after he fell after swinging himself off balance.

 

Might aswell lol but then your opponent can ko you if he knows your not punching back, show me a fight where there hasnt been a 10-8 for a knockdown recently

 

Berto got his cheating ass whooped. You idiots that think he was in the fight probably think trout beat Alvarez.

 

Scorecards going into the 12th had it 3pts up for Berto, 3 up for Karass and one had it level.

 

If not injury, why do you think he stopped throwing right hands? :huh

 

berto was deff in the fite and if it went to the scorecards the winner woulda just won by a point or two

That fight was not close at all. The so-called knockdown was from a low blow, look at the video, it was below the belly button which is low. In boxing rules it's not really below the belt, but below the belly button, always has been. You can move the belt, but you can't move the belly button. Whatever, Berto was walking in pot holes, his knees were locked, shows when a fighter is seriously hurt. If the ref had not stopped the fight Berto would have been seriously hurt, and yes, he would have been knocked out cold. Damn, watch the video.................
