Anyone else think the referee could be a big factor in this fight? For me Fury's only hope is to maul Haye using rough house tactics, holding and hitting etc. So if the referee doesn't allow him to do that it should be relatively straight forward for Haye... Having said that even using rough house tactics Haye should be quick enough to get out the way.
Theres nothing in the rule book that says you cant lean on your opponent or use your strength and size to your advantage,its not Furys fault hes a big lump. I hate referees that are quick to jump in the middle of a fight,they should try and get Smoger in for this one.
It's not so much the leaning on, it's more the grabbing a fighters head and punching while holding it ala the Cunningham fight. I think the Haye game plan will be fairly obvious though, it'll be the same as the Wlad fight, except Fury isn't as good as Wlad.
na, u should be able to maul lol. haye with his dazzling skills should be able to evade this lumbering muler like he did valuev.
Smoger would be best.....................however, they could always hired Chisora as the ref..................LOL!
