Yeah, he beaten Froch on a close decision but what have he done since? Dehydrated a glass jaw lhw clown who was raped in 1 round at his own weight by Superman Stevenson? Froch has beaten Bute, Kessler and some tomato can. Isn't about time Ward should be dropped for inactivity? I remember Kessler was dropped under Froch for inactivity even tho he beaten him only 1 year previous.

    Close decision? LOL!

Yes, he is still #1, and will likely remain so. I don't see anyone currently out there who can match his level of boxing skill.
Like it or not, Ward is as secure as Mayweather at SMW. In the future, I expect him to be just as dominate at LHW.

since 2 of the judges scored 115-113 (that's only 1 round ) yeah, it was a close decision. and what's the level of boxing you are dreaming about? the guy was floored by Darnell ****ing Boone, he even lost that bout too. and he needed 10 rounds with a dehydrated mummy who was finished at his own weight in 1 round by Adonis Stevenson.

I guess, all you can do is pray and wish for a true outcome for the fantasy world you live in. In Super-Six, Ward defeated the cream of the SMW crop, undisputedly.
Unlike froch-Dirrell, or the luck Froch received when Taylor ran out of gas with seconds remaining in the bout, there is no doubt or luck in Ward's wins. The two judges who scored 115-113 were watching another fight. Only they and you are near-sighted enough to see this skewed scoring.
Ward gave Froch a real boxing lesson. Even Froch admitted to this post fight and even stated he had no chance of beating Ward in a rematch. :yep

you sir are a deluded fanboy. while Froch was fighting Kessler, Dirrell and Abraham in the group stage Andre Warddke was feasting with bums like Green and Bika in his town with his own judges, who scored 120-108 the Bika fight even tho it was a really close fight, some had it a draw even. So the cream of smw Warddke beaten is in fact the cream of Warddke all over your face!

hahaha ofc he is. He's the best fighter bar none at SMW no one even comes close to him.

He beat everyone worth beating in that division so that makes him the best.

injury permitting ward has every right to defend his no 1 status in the ring.

froch never stated he couldn't win a rematch, guilty of your own fantasies there.

The division is so weak that most of the high ranked fighters can't win on foreign soil. Check out Kessler, who lost in US and UK but he easily won his bout with Froch in Denmark. The same with Froch, who lost in Denmark and US but won in UK against Kessler,Bute,Pascal or Dirrell. When Ward will travel away from Oakland and beat a class A fighter then he moves back at#1, till then he's #2 in my book.

Why is there so many bias ppl lol, the Froch vs Ward fight was nowhere near a one sided beating , nor was it a super close fight. Ward was the clear winner but it would have only needed a couple of rounds more to Froch to change things.

Froch didn't start working things out until way too late.

Wards 2 best wins Froch and Kessler are both tarnished by the fact he fought every fight in the super 6 at home While not 1 other fighter won away from home proving home advantage is huge

Ward dominated Froch with a broken hand.

Ward is one of the top 10 best SMWs of all time.

for your information, Stevenson was also KO'd by Boone, so the guy must have some decent pop in his fists if he can put future champions on the canvas :patsch

Floyd's was KD'd earlier in his career once, does that mean he sucks too? Pac TKO'd Cotto, Floyd needed a hard earned decision, does that mean Pac is currently better than FLoyd?

Of course he's still king....not one opponent has come close to beating him in his domain and he's fought the "who's who" of the SMW division. So this should have been a rhetorical question.
