Why does everyone assume that when an athelete gets jacked up from a leaner build, that he is on PEDs??? Isnt it possible that they just started supplementing with creating or NO2??? both are very effective for muscle and mass gain and nothing illegal about them.

Bradley asked for VADA, Marquez asked for USADA. The agreed to use both. VADA is a small organization from Las Vegas that popped up a few years ago and promoted by Victor Conte. They specialize in only boxing and MMA. USADA is much bigger, more well known, and test Olympic athletes. I would guess that both organizations are suspect to special agreements with boxers and promotion companies. The road block for this fight is Bob Arum because he doesn't want both, and it probably costs him more money.
