    Onwards and upwards.

What questions do you think he can answer, with respect he's fighting a 6ft 1" heavy who's lost 19times.
It would've great if Gary won a Domestic title but history is defo against him

History is exactly that Mr Nelson.

A mans ultimate destiny lies in his desire to develop his God given talents through relentless toil, labour and utter determination to achieve.

Cornish has it all in spades.

The development of his full and extensive repertoire continues.

    He looked a different class.

His rate of technical and physical progress is ahead of schedule.

The only problem is Gary hasn't got a " god given talent" and to think differently you must be mad

I wasn't there but a friend of mine said Gary should really have been disqualified it was so badly low, however Gary must move on and keep learning.
A fight with Tom Dallas would be better,I actually liked Tom before his spate of stoppages, this could be a far better indicated of how Gary's development is

"I wasn't there but a friend of mine said....."

Billy, you speak plenty but are seldom heard.

Cornish would destroy Dallas, and probably will.

I very much doubt it pal, your a little deluded up north but eh keep working away at it.
"Speak plenty seldom heard" Results speak volumes and I produce the results you clown :oops:
I wish Gary well, after all it was me that organised his sparring with chisora in Fort William, but until he fights someone with a pulse and a tad of ambition don't harp on about him as if he the second coming coz hes not.
So I take it your not denying it was a very low blow?

There is a video somewhere of this shot?? I seen this and it it didn't look low to me iit looked like a cracking body shot.. On the video he seemed to have improved a hell of a lot from his fights before. I'm one of his harshest critics and didn't really rate him at all but the natural talent is height and size if he can work on that he will do well.

Billy, it was a cracking body shot not in the least bit illegal. There are no delusions from this quarter. As far as setting Cornish up as the second coming, all I've ever said is that he is improving all the time. Daviddee1983 has at least voiced the obvious progress on display against Butlin but you have, from the very start been nothing but insulting and heavily negative regarding the development of Cornish so much so that it seems you think, in your celestial opinion that he doesn't have the ability to make improvements. That train of thought in itself is ludicrous. And now I'm the clown?

Yet your last post seems to indicate that you are willing to wait and see if he's got it before consigning him to the list of broken prospects. The tide is turning and I'll keep this thread alive so we can all reflect on what has been said and by whom.

Its no secret he had a handfull of am fights and will take longer to develop and knowing that i will give him a bit of time, and rather than slate him and his team i will wish him well

when i said it was good fight, a lot of the criticisim aimed at him was that he hasent really fougth any heavys and they have all been cruiserweight, he was put in with a guy who has been round the block with heavys in UK and Europe and would have been a good measuring stick for the laddie... like all scottish boxers i want to see him succedd and appriciate it will take time

What I'm saying is evenwithnatural improvement Gary should be looking a million dollars against the guys he's fought and from what I've seen on tv he hasn't,some of the opponents are just short of ridiculous lets be perfectly honest!
I think it's simply a case of what you interpretation of improvement is and mine are totally diffrent but then again my standards are much higher
