Do normal black people hate guys like Broner? If I was black, I think the thug culture would **** me off more than anything because it brews racism towards blacks. Most people aren't thugs, they value education, and they act proper. Young male black thugs (that Broner appears to represent) drop out of high school, are often unemployed, and they commit crime at an astronomical rate.

Most Black people aren't this way, but its easy for people to start stereotyping ALL blacks because there are enough thugs like Broner to make a lot of noise, and we forget about the majority of blacks that are good.

As a white guy I know there are millions of black people that are better educated than me. There are millions that work harder than me, and there are blacks that are better fathers/husbands etc. than myself, so in no way do I hate blacks or assume any type of superiority based on skin color.

However, I am VERY against thug culture (both white and black) so when a guy like Broner shows up, I want to see him change his ways or get stopped. I'm not a racist, I'm just a guy that wants to see a better culture prevail over one that promotes ignorance, abuse, and neglect.

Back to boxing. Broner has problems with Maidana who is powerful, and a much better boxer under the tutelage of Garcia. Broner maybe escapes with a close decision against Maidana. He loses 9-3 to Mattyhsse.

The kid just hasn't proven himself yet, but I would be glad for someone to end the hype-train that is the Argentines, because they aren't the demigods they're being made out to be. Thurman got the ball rolling.

All in all, its a great time to be a boxing fan!
