    In Germany not a chance. He doesn't have the power to force a KO and his normal rough inside tactics would see him get disqualified. If Ward makes it to the final bell without being DQ'ed he'd get robbed no doubt.

    Ottke is a tough nut to crack since it's impossible to win a decision over him in germany. Didn't a guy acually get warned for punching ottke.

    Besides Rosi (Italian dude) I've never seen a fighter more protected at home as Ottke.

    You're not going to beat that guy without knocking him out for at least 2 minutes. And even then you're not sure getting the win.

    So no, Ward wouldn't have been able to get away with the win.
