All huge steps up in class - maybe too much to make directly coming off the level Russell has been languishing at without a transitional intermediary like a DPDL or JhonGon first. His best chance right now stylistically might be with Abner. Mikey has good enough timing, he can offset Gary's speed. Leo would just drown him.
The Gary Russell situation needs to be looked at in a different light. He obviously is not the master of his own destiny so I don't put the blame on him. I think he would fight any fighter that is put in front of him but the powers that be are not making it happen. Actually, he may be too good for his own good.
