Batista chucks in a line drive right up top while ambling in. Cintron holds, pushes off, slaps down with a left-right noodling approximation of a 1-2, and grabs Batista from behind the shoulders. Left hook on the belt line by Batista in a clinch. Cintron fakes a low blow and kicks his legs up while rolling on his spine. He takes a whole minute to recover. They flurry into a clinch. Cintron tries to muscle Batista into the turnbuckle. Shoeshines to the body by Cintron. Double left hook by Cintron, going from body to head. Batista just keeps pumping his arms straight in, missing as Cintron ducks and weaves.

Clinch. "Watch the elbow, get off the elbow!!" implores Ritter as they awkwardly wrench on each other while spinning. Flush left hook by Batista. Cintron circles and paws his jab. Another flush hook by Batista. Cintron dives and grabs. Another missed jab by Cintron. Clinch. Cintron digs lightly into Batista's sides with love taps, barely moving his fist an inch. Separation. Batista throws a left hook jumping in, glancing. Clinch. Cintron doubles a long jab up from a crouch and lands one but widely misses the other as Batista uses sloppy lateral footwork. Clinch. Batista hurls in an underhand right to the body. Separation. Batista leaps in with a hook. Cintron catches him and holds. Left hook by Cintron. Right hand by Batista. One more jump in by Batista, landing a left hook to the body...trying to steady himself with his right glove on Cintron's chest as their legs snare - and he goes down. Ritter rules it a knockdown.

10-8 Cintron (was a very clear 10-9 Batista until the last second - and that was a bogus call by the ref :-()
