fights will go over, I only hope they show all 3 fights.

As he damn well ought to have.

    :verysad

Disgusting matchmaking. Even the originally scheduled Vyacheslav Glazkov vs. Alonzo Butler was a mismatch, but 100x times more competitive. If you can't find a better late sub than Polley, just say 'the hell with it, nevermind, let's find another date'...

I'm glad NBC balked at showing Glazkov vs. Polley and didn't start the card early to do so - but I still don't get why the main three bouts are on so late? They could have made it a 9:30pm start and had one bout ending around 10:15, the next running from 10:30-11:15, and the last from 11:30-12:15am assuming nothing ends within schedule. Potentially ending at midnight is a lot more reasonable than potentially ending at 1am.

  10. No one did a RBR, so I thought it starts in a hour ..

Polley is awful. I guess they weren't willing to pay enough to get someone better.

I hope they can find a contender willing to fight Glazkov in the fall. Jennings-Glazkov would be an interesting matchup.

The televised order of the fights is as follows: Chambers, Adamek, Stevens

So blowing out Elvin Ayala and Romaro Johnson and then struggling with Derrick Findley on their airwaves has made Stevens a bigger marquee name than Adamek or Chambers? :huh

Well, I'm not editing the damn title. :yep As far as I'm concerned, Stevens vs. Roman is undercard material compared with Adamek vs. Guinn and Chambers vs. Mchunu (not that either is a great headliner) no matter what the sequence.

That was the truest stay busy fight ever. :good A Showcase -- even below the showcases on this awful card later in the night. Polley is a hard working, extremely short notice, journeyman. I am actually a little bit familiar with him. He's got a wife, he has kids, he cares for them very well and loves them deeply. Hey, he's a provider, I respect that in any means. :bbb

PS: My picks: Adamek UD 12 (119-108, maybe a KD, one way traffic), Chambers TKO 11 (It seems Mchunu is a LITTLE chinny Chambers will press him, close this sheiot), Stevens KO 9 (Roman is an aged fighter; nothing all that special to begin. Still can hustle Stevens a bit. Maybe a less extreme Martirosyan-Roman? Roman isn't the same fighter from them but Martirosyan is a little higher regarded than Curtis)
