Lemme guess: Eddie was considered as a great technician, because he doesnt have pop and throws jab non-stop? Mchunu is a southpaw with good speed and sense of distance, i knew that as soon as he neutralises his jab, Eddie gonna lose. (Man, my english sucks balls)

i personally think stepping down divisions is silly you always fight lazy (not intentionally of course) but it just happens..

the point im making about solis & arreolla is that now they let themselves get so fat people always make the stupid comment about they should get that weight off..it isnt as simple as that when you try it the body will always break down i.e (punching power, resistance and injury prone) will always come into place..chambers is a gd example since he started losing his weight before the move down.how many injuries did he end up having??and how lazy was his game getting??

again lets look at solis he weighed what for austin in december 260 was it??then for vitali 3 months later he was 247..and lets factor he prob eat about four goats over the xmas period before starting training for vitali..im sure thats why he broke down..

i know what your saying tho 1 lb a week for a pro athelete should be fine but i would still say it would affect some muscle aswell

    chisora is over rated
his best win is over Malik Scott whos best win is over NO ONE.
Everyones favorite joke on these boards (Tyson Fury) beat up Chisora.
he even let that clown Haye destroy him.

    This is generally true.

But as someone else pointed out. It's not like Chambers went from around 230 or even 220 down to CW. He fought near 205 - maybe a bit more if he was really tubby - at HW.

Last nite was a shocker to almost every fan. It's not so much that he lost, he was virtually shut out

yes i know he was..but how heavy was he at one stage and to now be fighting at the cw limit is going to take a toll on your body...take nothing away from the midget (as chambers was calling him not me) he boxed amazingly..but chambers did look like a ghost of himself mate

Didn't see the fight but very surprised that Chambers lost. He didn't have to lose much weight to make cruiser so I can't see him being 5 or so lbs lighter than usual really could have effected him that much.

Makes me have to reassess him as a fighter and also how bad the heavyweight division is if a decent heavyweight like Chambers can't even beat a relative novice at cruiserweight. Though we will have to see how Mchunu does in the future.

he fought ry lazy and tried to pot shot hiw way to victory against a guy who is smaller and who would obviously be fast and elusive considering his size...i think eddie failed to do his homework here...very disgracfull

This seems to be a common trend with Philly HW's lately (Chambers, Scott, Toney)

Chambers needs to get his fat lazy ass back up to HW. He got schooled by a fringe contender, which just underlines the depth and quality of the CW division.
