Jamie Kavanagh has his first 10 rounder next Friday, the 9th August on the Deontay Wilder card in California. He is due to face http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=122672&cat=boxer
Im a big fan of Turners, great lad and big power ! Im sure he'll drop some weight when he goes to the pro's but i dont think he'll ever make cruiserweight but if ya were to ask him he'll be honest enough in his answer he tells things like it is ! Be good to see him go pro in America , the pro scene in Ireland at the moment seems to be a no-go area
Turner has great power but he is too small to make it as a Heavy. He can easily get down to cruiser with hard work and dedication starting with a nutrionalist. If he is serious about this he could make quite an impact at cruiser too.
Great news about Jamie Kavanagh. I like the way they are not rushing him. He really stepped up 2 fights ago. If he can learn to defend better and also learn to sit down on his punches he will get better. He is still young so he could get naturally stronger also.
Nothing definite confirmed yet but will let people know soon as get date and venue. Heard talk of another Dundalk show anybody hear anything on this??
Co-promoting my first show. Will have more details later inc a ticket deal for regulars on here. Hope I can rely on your support.
Block versus trainer for a Celtic title is a great headline bout. The usual belfast crew on aswell Hillerby healy cache Hutchison is on as is Christina mac. Thats a good start to any promotion.
