instead of the NSAC or USADA for testing for every fight?? They are the only testing organization that has caught PED usage.

Hmm, WADA has not been able to catch the Sky Train in cycling. It's funny too that Team Sky has tried to send their data to WADA and WADA rejected them. This is boxing so it's probably not known, but in cycling Team Sky is like the 2nd coming of US Postal, ie. the second coming of Armstrong. It's pretty damn obvious that Sky is doped to the ****ing gills but WADA has come up short.
The reason none of these organizations are going to catch competitive juicers is because I'm sure they are taking the PEDs between fights. I doubt anyone working with a knowledgeable PED distributor will use them during camp.
There are undetectable PED's out there that people can use year round. Not to mention hGH and insulin. All you have to do is know the right people. The testing method is a joke anyway. So many ways around it.

WADA sets the standards and protocol and they oversee the drug testing for the Olympics. USADA is under WADA and follows their protocol and does the testing for American athletes or athletes competing in America. So they hire USADA because that's the highest acclaimed drug testing organization they can get. VADA is good also, but they're not held to the same esteem as USADA is.
Boxing is riddle with PEDs. American sport is riddled with PEDs. Why would they willingly agree to a system which will catch them out?
