ya...many were mad (especially fillipinos) because marquez didn't tuck him in after putting him to sleep !!!!
Roach is right, Marquez is a pedssy. Maroid needed a touchdown and he was at his own 10 yardline with forth down coming up. He scored with with the only possible play he could have imagined which was a maricle .
It had been awhile since Ive heard Roach talk, and hes gotten a bit worse. Sad thing that horrible disease :-(
In the 4th fight, Pacquiao was winning. No one can doubt that. Pacquiao was going in for the kill and Marquez looked vulnerable. Marquez got in a good punch in the 6th round. This DOES NOT mean that it was a clear cut win. If Marquez was comfortably winning and got that KO in, then that would be considered a clear cut win. Look at what happened recently with Anderson Silva and Weidman. Weidman gave Silva a rematch immediately and I think a rematch between Marquez and Pacquiao is necessary.
A rematch would be fine, but it's not "necessary." As others have said, Pacquiao made Marquez wait for years between the first and second fight, as well as the second and third fight. And yes, it wasn't like Marquez blew Manny away in the fourth fight, but the result was definitive. Saying Manny had the upper hand prior to getting KTFO by a punch that Marquez had shown in sparring on 24/7(not a lucky punch) is sour grapes. Marquez had already thrown several similar rights in the round trying to catch Manny, Manny got overaggressive, JMM timed him and made him pay. A fifth fight would be a good matchup like the rest, but JMM has earned the right to do what he wants there.
Only *******s are asking for a rematch and refuse to see that ending as a "clear cut" win. holy **** Batman
"Gave" Juan a rematch, why is this always the view? Pac was never some king of Godfather...not over Juan at least. Pac should've always wanted the rematches as much as Juan for the decisive victory, and when he did rematch Juan, that is exactly the reasoning he stated he wanted a rematch, for the clear victory. All the fights were ridiculously controversial, Juan deserved rematches, Pac should've wanted them and "said" he did but, truth is he was pressured by public demand. Now there is a clear victor by the only man who was ever in position to say he is "giving" a rematch because now it is clearly far less necessary.
And funny how no one hates Pac because of his trainer's long time smack talking ass like the reason they say they hate Garcia because of his trainer Pops...bias is one ignorantly debilitating "B"....
In fairness Pac wanted the 2nd fight because the judge cheated him out of a SD, he got complacent but still won. The 2nd fight he won and Marqueerz was upset so Pac as a true warrior not only gave him another rematch but also proved he was a step above Marqueerz by beating Marqueerz with his own style and countering him like crazy all night leaving his face permanently disfigured ( see the swollen frontal lobes on Juan) amazingly Marqueerz short on money and fame begged for a 4th, Pac accepted and went back to his old style, bludgeoning him till the freak accident, the next day Pac was unmarked and Marqueerz had suffered the worse beat down of his life, effectively Pac's tapped that ass 4 times now and never been beaten, Marqueerz knows his hail mary was divine intervention and can never be repeated, after the suffering he endured that night it is no wonder Marqueerz will take this blip and turn it into more than it is, run with it and never enter Pac's domain again.
