    He gets up on stages and tries to intimidate REAL fighters.

    His behaviour around Floyd I can understand, hes a hanger on, thats what they do, but his antics with J'Leon Love and Rosado was ridiculous. Rosado should have clocked him.

    He's obviously a smart guy, Ivy league educated (as is Al Haymon). Floyd used to say that if he had Leonard all his career, he'd be a billionaire. Exaggeration, but I'm sure Leonard is the financial guy in addition to other duties. Floyd has a good team around him.

    Ellerbe's role is for when Floyd gets asked about the catchweight, Floyd can say "I'll let Leonard answer that one and I'll piggyback off that".
