laikhovich before fighting wilder had a boxrec score of 70. Yes 70. Lost his last 3 bouts by stoppage.

Now people are saying he would spark Haye in 3 rounds.

Wilder is becoming a huge hypejob. When he crashes (which he will) it will be even more embarrassing than Jeff Lacy.

Anyone who tries to claim Wilder is not Glass Jawed should be banned from the board. Like David Price before him all the evidence is already there. There shouldn't even be a debate/discussion about this.

Glass Jaws exist in Boxing. Wilder happens to have one. Punch Resistance is THE most important attribute for a fighter to have. Ask Roy Jones or Amir Khan if having a Chin matters.

Yeah, it's pretty obvious that Wilder has a glass jaw, and his handlers know it.

There is clearly a REASON that he has faced such pathetic opposition so late in his career, and that reason is clearly that his management knows he can't take a punch from a decent HW.

He didn't beat Liakhovich. He had him break dancing waving his arms and spinning on his back. .

We will judge Wilder's chin when his chin faisl him, and right now his chin has NOT failed him. Wlad's chin has not been tested in years, and some believe he still has a glass jaw.

It failed him against limited journeyman Harold Sconiers - and it will undoubtedly give out when he fights a decent opponent.. :nod

    :lol::lol::lol::lol:

No you will just come up with excuses like:

"That punch would have KOed anyone"

"He didn't see the punch coming"

"his Chin isn't the problem it is his defense"

"He was holding his Chin the wrong way"

His Chin has already been shown to be atrocious. It isn't up for debate. His competition has been awful and he still has been put down. What does that tell you?

I'm not sold on Wilder in the slightest. He hasn't faced a single competitive fighter yet, someone who can take a shot and fight back.

Scariest thing would be if Wilder actually took a good punch kinda like the Rigondeaux situation

:patsch No it can't. As usual your "thinking" is on fail mode.

Most top HWs have a much better list of opponents than DW. Try to stay calm until your hope beats a few decent fighters, kay :yep

Wilder hasn't faced a single durable opponent. the most durable guy he's faced is Liakhovich who is past it. and while he did take out Liakhovich much earlier than anybody else in the past has. he still stopped a guy who had been stopped 5 times prior. Why hasn't Wilder faced any durable journeymen or fringe contenders? he's literally faced guys that just bowl over as soon as they get hit, even from a non-biased perspective I wouldn't be too happy with the way Wilder has been built up even if I were a fan of the guy. he has no rounds under his belt, he won't know what it's like to step in there with a guy he can't take out or what it's like to be dragged into a dog fight.
