I'v had some friends who are ripped, decent size get on the treadmill. I'm joining the army in a month so I challenged them to a 1.5 mile run. They all started dying at 15kmh after 3-5 minutes lol. And I'm far from ripped with a bit of a love handle thing going on lol
Eat a healthy diet and tweak it to your needs ie: to reduce body fat Train hard Get good quality rest and sleep
Yes which is also a by - product of boxing! So if you are fit before you start your likely in a better position.
Low body fat a by-product of boxing, yes. Muscle? Not much at all. Also it may be a by-product if you train hard enough and eat right, without either you won't get anywhere. True. But again, having a bit of muscle and low bodyfat does not mean you're fit. Like KillEmAll said (the only thing he's ever said which is correct) Beiber is ripped. Is he strong and fit? I don't think so.
I don't think you get the low body fat is a by-product of training and diet part. Nobody is fit, strong, powerful, fast and whatever else you linked it to because they have low body fat levels, again, it's down to training and diet.
i didn't say you are fit because low body fat levels the training is what burns fat and makes you fit, you have misunderstood me.
I would hardly call sit-ups a waste of time. There are certainly better ways to isolate the abdomen but there are many, many fighters who still make sit-ups a big part of their daily routine.
Yes it will hinder your muscle building, it is 2 different types of muscles, one will replace the other, you will have bigger muscles, that hit softer, frankly, I do not see the benefit in lifting weights for you. You will have bigger slower muscles that hit softer and will reduce your endurance. So explain to me why having bigger muscles that add more weight will help you? You will just become another look stronger but is weak boxer.
