I think this is the FOTY, on paper anyway. Can't wait, Kovalev should break Cleverly down. Maybe later than most other fights, Cleverly can take a punch, no doubt, But Kovalev will beat him until he crumbles.

I think this is Cleverly's fight to win or lose. If he fights smart he can win a UD or BS stoppage, if he doesn't fight smart he can get KTFO.

Kovalev claimed today he has only trained for a three round fight...Hopefully something was lost in translation, or that is ****y as ****.

 

He's getting into Cleverly's head. Telling his opponent that he won't last 3 rounds...that has to make Cleverly scared a bit even if he doesn't show it.

If Cleverly comes out trying to prove something, he's going to get his ass handed to him.

 

Yeah I saw his interview, he is so calm and confident, he laughed when they asked him about the fight going to the late rounds, like there was no chance it would happen.
