    NO!

Hatton wobbled Mayweather in Round 1 and the ref then didn't allow Hatton to fight on in the inside.

Floyd is an amazing talent that has beaten so many good fighters and top fighters that, many world champions could be considered one of his lesser opponents even if they are a very good opponent. Floyd has such top names on his resume like De La Hoya, Marquez, Cotto to name a few, that many a good name could be considered a lesser name on his outstanding resume

You might be one of the biggest idiots of all time if you think hattons resume is in anyway better than floyds.

Tell me which one was coming off a poor performance when Floyd beat them?
Do you not think Floyd could also be past his best?

Hatton isnt the greatest technician, and would always have struggled against the skills of Floyd.
Floyd is just in a different league to Hatton.
Having said that, Floyd did what he always does and stacked the odds in his favour..... He knew Hatton wouldn't be the same fighter above 140.
Cortez was a ****ing disgrace and left a bad taste in my mouth ( go watch the Castillo fight and see what he let Hatton get away with)
It was an interesting fight until the 5th round.

Not really. Hatton may have been better at 140lbs, but he was sitll good enough to go either way with a then-streaking 147lb titleholder in Luis Collazo. A fighter who happens to be lineal champ at the weight below and and who had the ability to hang tough with someone who was a legit contender at a higher weight is a credible opponent to face.

Maybe Floyd could have picked a better opponent...but he certainly could have picked worse.
