He didn't make the required effort to make the fight happen of a man who is going to boast for the rest of his life about being an ATG fighter.

Scared? at end of 2009 he didn't even want to hear the name Pacquiao and became a paranoid mofo - his paranoia was only enforced by his buttlicking 'money team' who won't question anything he does.

Both Pac and Mayweather have failed a generation and themselves MISERABLY....

Pacquiao is the only man who could have ever given Mayweather problems.. too late to think about what could have been now.

Yes, no doubt in my mind. Pac has the athleticism to match May, May is more skilled but he doesn't want to risk it.

No, if Pac had accepted the random blood testing back then he magically now is insisting on for his fight with Rios, then he could have gotten his ass kicked.

  10. Yeah, sure. That's the reason Floyd is ducking Manny for decades. There is no way that Floyd will fight Manny or GGG .. I am sure Canelo wins against him though.

It's obvious from how he speaks of Pacquiao that he is scared to lose to him. "I gota look after my health"..."How can he just walk through Cotto like that?". Then you have all the vacations, roadblocks, and when Pacquiao agreed to the testing, Floyd eventually offers him 0% PPV money.

One does not expect fanboys of either side to have an objective opinion on this, but all non-biased and informed observers have no reason to even ask this question, and they dont. Anyway, the only important opinion is that of boxing experts because it's their story that will trickle down the generations, and they are all unanimous on this.
