You should use an off-shore bookie like Pinnacle. They limit markets (about £2000 per bet for boxing, about £30,000 per bet for football), but they don't limit players at all. Of course with an off-shore bookie your money can't be considered 100% safe, but Pinnacle is the most reliable off-shore bookie around and is in practice just as safe as the British books. I'm also comforted they don't take American players, considering that the FBI has gone after off-shore bookies who do take Americans. As I mentioned they don't have method of victory props for most fights though.
I've got Kovalev by KO in rounds 1-6 and Barker by UD. £10 returns £1126. I dont think its a bad tenner to risk!
