...and Geale was landing flush clean peaches the whole time? Not missing by the boatload? OK.

    EXACTLY!

The judges imo favour the aggressor and thats exactly what Barker was all night, it was a well deserved win. Funny thing is Geale fans belive that Geale could beat GGG yet he couldnt even beat Barker

Murray is still our best middleweight.

Not hating TC. just thought you had to take the title and I had like first judge 7-5 Geale. Barker seems like a stand up guy. I wish him well.

mate he took it, he pressed the fight all night, was the agressor and took it upto Geale, he didnt just sit back and cruse all night long nor was he on his bike. It was a close fight and a well deserved win. nothing suss here.

Murray would be keen, I expect Barker would prefer Macklin. BJ Saunders is a possibility too.

Sturm won't go to the UK and our boys have been shafted over the years in Germany.

no doubt about it Geale is a gentleman but he knew it was a close fight and he knew it wasn't one of his best performance, he knew he got outworked. Barkers power suprized Geale no doubt about it and imho they underestimated how good Barker actually was. Geale accepted that he got beat. I think Barker fights either Macklin or Sturm, all depends on what his obligations are and time frame. Question is where does Geale go from here?

My guess... he crawls back to the IBO lol

Damn wish the ref had counted a little faster in the 6th. Credit to Barker he came back well after that and finshed the fight better than Geale. Surprised me I thought Geales stamina and workrate would see him sweep the later rounds. Damn Poms beat us at cricket, union and now boxing.
Congrats to Joel beating Oliver better than Dib did.:good
