One more point on Kazakh boxing. Among the last 5 Val Barker trophy holders (Olympic p4p analogue) 3 boxers are from Kazakhstan. It's time to recognize a separate power in worldwide boxing: Kazakhstan. This is true in the amateurs, but with the rise of GG it will soon materialize in the professional scene as well.

So there is no "American" since the USA citizens used to emigrate from all over the world. And there is no "Australian" since Australia used to be a British colony and we should refer to them as Brits. U r right Kiev used to be a capital of Russia ... in ancient history and Russia ....used to be part of Mongolia in ancient history. This is so American.... Klitschkos are from Ukraine, GGG is from Kazakhstan and Kovalev is from Russia period

    Lol..

    Russians are funny.

    Russian logic..

Duran was Mexican instead of from Panama since he had a Mexican father...

    lol

And to say that the Klits are Russian as well?

    :rofl

Guess Spain is the most dominant country in boxing now since Mexico, Puerto Rico, Philippines, Cuba, etc were colonies of Spain...

    lomachenko is coming.

Soon after americans will lose their monopoly on the lower weights they will start claiming that all their top middleweights and lightweights are too busy flipping burgers and frying chicken wings to bother with boxing.

    Speaking of fading away....

Russia has a negative birth-rate....they don't have the numbers to replace their aging population.

    Even their prospects are old:lol:

    Rocky 4 is a movie

The reality is All those russians you named are over 30 and won't even be around long.

  8. GGG is a Russian/Korean from German heritage who grew up in Kasachstan and part of the country belongs to Europe. GGG represents old, traditional European boxing school. He came to Germany as German resettler and lives in Stuttgart.

:roll:OK? I thought the post was about russian fighters, so if we're
talking about European fighters then you need to make a bigger list.

And fighters from the Americas and Caribbean islands have Spanish last names, Garcia, Marquez, Rodriguez, etc. Guess they belong to Spain now. Good ****.. Spain is the greatest boxing nation of all time.
