I don't get the hype of GGG or Kovalev myself , but Broner is no Floyd , not even close, he's flat footed stiff turtle ninja with no ring IQ and I have no idea who are those "several other young" black fighters that will replace floyd. As for EE fighters I have no idea who will replace kovalev, GGG or Klits, but that doesn't mean ****, because I didn't know kovalev or GGG 3 years ago. I know lomachenko, usyk and I'm sure there're more guys that are in the same league as those "several other young black fighters" .

 

It's not a hindrance to their style of fighting like it is to Broner, not comparable. Someone like GGG packing Foreman-esque punching power needs footwork to cut the ring off and has that in abundance.

Broner being a counter puncher needs footwork to evade, this is a major hole for him. Which I guess you agree that he gets tagged too much as well....

Bigger men? Paulie's a light hitting natural 140 pounder that has stayed around far too long, he's not much bigger, nor would it really matter when he packs no power, none. Broner was larger than everyone at 130-135 that he fought.
