Yes he is an incredibly talented boxer, no one denies that . But that alone does not make him an ATG or anywhere near it. Even with all that talent he STILL refuses to fight anyone unless he has every advantage. Forget about fighting Pac or Margarito they both made Fraud mess his pants. Nobody give s a **** about this fight. There was a poll here about a year ago and most people here had lost interest in it. Hell most of the *******s said they didnt want the fight either, they knew Pac would get his ass kciked. Only when PBF says a fight is out of the question do most of the *******s and PBF haters come out of the woodwork.:deal If the fight was signed and he would fight Pac after Canelo haters would bash the fight and say PBF waited for Pac to get old. Newsflash assholes, PBF is older than Pac is he's damn near 37 he's not prime. Even still he wouldn't get any credit for the win people would say he's ducking Lucas to fight Pac. This is a business and egos should be set aside for business purposes if nothing else. So Mayweather just walks away from a career high paycheck simply because he's ego's bent out of shape, boo-hoo. Christ you guys call yourself boxing fans and yet your applaud Mayweather's stand not to fight a fight that if nothing else would be stylistically difficult for him and perhaps he could loss. Instead of wanting the fight as a fan, now there's a Mayweather camp and a Pac camp justifying why they shouldn't fight and fans acting like children.

Boxing today is really in a pathetic state.

No wonder the sport is dying. I've been watching boxing for 40 years and when I read threads like this I just want to say **** it, the sport's dead. What ever happened to the day boxers would simply fight the best not just for the money but also for their legacy? Sadly those days are gone.

 

Both guys are to blame but to me Pac shares more. A simple blood test and we would already have seen this fight. I wanted this fight badly back in the day because I knew PBF would tool Pac's limited and flawed ass.

 

I think Floyd would win the fight, but he could have trouble with Pac's aggressive style. As for the blood test if they BOTH agreed to it, then I agree the fight should have been made. That said, Floyd's not a boxing commission so really he should be lobbying he commissions of various states to improve the testing if he fells it's not at the level it should be.
