Iron Mike's record for youngest Heavyweight Champion may stand forever. Certain fighters have a certain energy they bring with them. Iron Mike is one of those fighters.
There will never be another Iron Mike

    eventually yes. how soon?....who knows.

what i do think is that he will come from some hard ass region/country, not from the continental u s, canada or puerto rico or western europe where fighters have become effeminate.

No. If there's 3 fighters in history who you'll never see anything like again, it's Tyson, Ali, and Jones.

You're probably right. Mike's genes , dysfunctional childhood and unique upbringing all contributed, in equal measure, to his development as a fighter. We are unlikely to see another situation like that again.

I am gonna be the next Cas-Angelo-Emmanuel-Eddie, so next Mike will follow

  7. Depending on what?? Similar skills?? Probably not .. only if Mike Tyson himself starts to train a HW.

But GGG is the biggest talent since Mike Tyson, similar to Prime Tyson, unbeatable and unique. But that's a different weight division.

  8. Hahaha.. what a troll.

good post.....I would say as far as effeminate goes, Mike may have been the most effeminate fighter ever.........

I think you may have been meaning to say coddled. Seems the welfare system has caused american fighters to be to reliant on the teets for too long.:think

The right question to ask is whether there will be another Cus.

a prime 5'10" heavyweight mike tyson was the same anomoly as was a 6'5" power forward charles barkley.

the chances of us seeing either again in our lifetime is pretty slim.
