That article is one of the saddest ones that I have read. I remember reading in the ESPN magazine several years back that he was taking his HIV meds when him and his wife were trying to get pregnant. Even had a picture of him holding his meds as the cover photo of the story. He must have believed he had it then since he was taking the medication. I wonder what changed? No matter the reason, he was an exciting fighter and will be greatly missed. Prayers for his him and his family.

 

One update I saw from 39 minute ago was that apparently they decided to turn the life support off. I haven't seen any breaking news on ESPN or anything but thats what they are saying on Tommy's official facebook...

If it is not there now, then Trish has taken it down. You have to realize it appears that she is making her own version of these events. She must obviously love Tommy but read her side of things on MMA Dirt, and it comes off as nothing more than completley insane. One quote particularly she said that Tommy died in the hospital, they would not perform CPR, and the doctor said "I'd do it for Magic Johnson, but not for Tommy Morrison!".

There is no way that is true, i mean modern medicine who the hell is doing CPR in the hospital, when they have all of that equipment, etc.

I looked at his Wall just now and it's gone, maybe it was just another rumor but the ESPN piece supported all of the rumors we've heard over the years. who knows...

I spoke with Trisha twice yesterday so I doubt very much he has passed away as I don't think she would want to be chatting to fans immediately after the death of her husband. It seems like another one of those rumours for now.
