They act like Vitali was putting on the Mayweather-Gatti treatment to Lewis and then an accidental cut robbed him of a victory.

It was exactly as you posted here - a tough, competitive fight where one fighter couldn't continue due to an injury received by a legal punch. It's easy to see who landed the more damaging blows, Vitali was extremely stunned in that 6th round and his face was falling off.

A better version of Lewis KO's him. They also seem to think that was a good version of Lennox..... at the end of his career at age 38....

If some scrapper beat Vitali now, I absolutely wouldn't consider that a victory over Vitali at his best. Yet Vitali lost a fight and it's considered a victory of sorts over a peak ATG. Crazy.

Plus they sit there and degrade Lewis and his accomplishments like that makes Vitali look better, when the performance against Lewis in a losing effort is what he's most noted for.

Which, of course, is only an issue because Vitali wasn't good enough to beat Lewis when he had the opportunity. And that's what it comes back to every time. Vitali couldn't finish off an overweight, unprepared, lazy, complacent, semi-retired Lennox Lewis. Vitali at his best couldn't stop Lewis at his worst. And this is the fact that he and his fanboys have had to try and come to terms with ever since, and few have done it gracefully.

Don't you post at the stormfront forum?? Or are you just on some good drugs? You say Vitali is superior due to race.

And you're going to be remembered as a ball sucking idiot.

  13. I don't know if anyone's pointed this out yet, but...... TKO 6 !!

  14. The same Rahman that Vitali pretended to be injured so he didn't have to fight, yet tried to make numerous fights with other people and once they said he had to fight Rahman he retired.

Is it that ATG Rahman you're talking about ?

I'm black and even I admit Vitali won the fight, not everybody on here supports fighters based on race, I'm not really a fan of either so I'm completely unbiased
the rounds were really clear to score, 4 rounds to Vitali, 2 rounds to Lewis

as far as how would the fight have gone, NOBODY KNOWS, NO ONE CAN SAY WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED.
Obviously Vitali had the momentum and the better chin but that doesn't mean he would have won, Lewis was a great fighter he could come back, I guess we will never ever know

I don't understand how anyone can say Lewis truly won that fight..
