The fights posted here for all to see.

So watch it and tell me how you can say Vitali was hurting Lewis more, when Vitali looked like he was hit by a truck.

Look at the last 17 seconds in the 6th round and tell me who was hurting who.

Look at the scorecard in the 6th round, in which Lewis won on all 3 scorecards.

How you can say Vitali was hurting Lewis more, when the Dr said Vitali was incapable of continuing is simply moronic.

And lastly, they both had the same amount of time to train for different fighters, so to me this is a BS argument regardless of who's making it.

This whole thread feels like I'm talking boxing with a bunch of 12 year olds. I mean come on man, watch the ****ing fight and be rational about it. That's all I'm asking for.

Klitschko battered Lewis deal with it

Yes, he was, which means both men didn't have nearly enough time to prepare properly for the opponent they actually faced that night. But Vitali was a hell of a lot closer to his prime than Lewis was. The excuse of a lack of preparation time for Vitali's failure to win doesn't cut it, he had exactly the same amount of time to prepare than Lewis did.

Well at least your watching the fight, that's more than most. I've seen it about 10-12 times now and it just keeps getting better. Funny thing is the outcome never changes, it's always Lewis TKO 6 and it always will be.

Its you that doesn't have a clue Vitali was already trained to fight on that card & was 100% ready. Lex & Vitali were designed to have these fights & should both win they'd fight each other.
Vitali was primed knowing if he won he'd be fighting for the title.
Lennox was takin it easy knowin g his opponent Kirk Johnson was not training seriously either & wa just going through with a warm up
Lennox did what no other champion had had the balls to put up his title against his #1 contender when he was not 100% prepared.
A very brave or possibly a very crazy thing to do. But he did it & he beat Vitali TKO in 6 Please learn to live with it:patsch

There was a gif I saw on post number 18 of this forum: http://sosoboxing.com/forums/showthread.php?606-Boxing-GIF-MEGATHREAD/page2 which show Vitali, iron-chin and all, getting wobbled by a jab from Lewis in the 3rd, and the one post 19 shows Vitali being rocked by a Lewis left in the 2nd. Wish I knew how to get them here myself really. Oh well, always worthy finding those gif when people try to claim that this fight was onsided in Vitali's favor.

Lewis threw some hillacious jabs in that fight and that's probably as hard a jab and I've seen anyone throw.

I could envision this punch actually knocking out a fighter who didn't have a great chin.

Yeah Vitai was done at the end of that 6th round. Lewis was taking over that fight and would have finished him. Vitali has a good chin as we seen. Notice Lewis kept going to the body and that was what slowed Vitali down. Vitali's shots didn't have any power left on them. Not sure why Farmboxer claimed Lewis had a broken nose cause I didn't see no blood coming out of his nose. He claimed the fight should have been stopped and given to Vitali because Lewis had a broke nose. The Klitschko's has some strange fans. Farmboxer just lies and twist the true when they lose.

Klitschko fans are unbelievable. Nevermind that they can't grasp the events that unfolded that evening, they seem to ignore that Lewis was in very poor condition(Rahman 1 like poor condition)and still emerged the victor.

Repeatedly claiming that Vitali won the fight for being up on the scorecards....

    Truly whacked.

I don't dislike Vitali, he was a really good HW, but they desperately want he and his brother to be considered ATG's, when they aren't. Wlad on the other hand is a pathetic champion. Vitali is a competitor in any era and Wlad is minced meat in a good era.

I don't understand the constant degrading of Lewis and his own accomplishments like that makes the man he defeated look better. That's ridiculous, if anything they'd want to be claiming Lewis is the GOAT and that Vitali was up on the cards!

Lewis vs. Vitali was the last HW fight fought between two excellent fighters.

Lewis vs. Holyfield was the last HW fight between two actively great fighters.

In shape lewis destroys vitali....sorry to burst your bubble ...again.

Lewis wasn't even in shape and he held his own against a prime hungry guy who went on to dominate this next era.

What do you think an in shape motivated lewis would have done.

The klits are just decent heavies in an era of terrible heavies.
