That's Duran's fault not anyone elses. He was too undisciplined to stay in shape and let him self go too bad, retire. Other fighters don't blow up like that and take their craft far more seriously.
Can you imagine if PBF fights Canelo and quits in the 8th round saying he was out of shape and didn't want to fight anymore and it came out later he blew up to 200 pounds between fights. PBF wouldn't get the same bull**** excuses and people willing to overlook it like Duran does. Duran fans are the biggest excuse makers in the sport.:deal

    So many excuses.

I bet if Ray quit you wouldn't accept any of his excuses.:deal

Duran simply bailed because he knew he was going to get his as.s whipped in the Championship rounds.

    :good

You best believe if Ray quit NONE of his excuses would be believed or co-signed.....
Duran could have stayed in shape and still got his as.s whipped.:yep
    That's not why he lost.

It takes a TRUE warrior to remain in shape between fights.:deal

Duran cam to fight and got fed up when SRL didn't. Not to say he should have quit but I understand why he did what he did. There comes a point when you just say " **** this ****"

Duran quit because he was getting embarrassed and outboxed. He showed he lacks mental fortitude.

Leanard ran like a rabbitt. He wouldnt stay and fight.
Plain frustration on the part of Duran.

First off he wasn't getting his ass kicked, he was being humiliated. I don't agree with him quitting but if you wanna see an ass kicking make some one quit just take a look at Mayweather vs Chavez II.
