A lot better but still not klitschko level. Manny knew how to train tall fighters successfully. 6'2 welterweight hearns 6'5 lennox lewis 6'6 wladmir All success
Wilder would have the most powerful Right Cross in history :yep Manny speciality was Long range right hand projectiles, the more height/reach you gave him, the more power he can produce out of his project :yep Deontay Athleticism/work ethic (problem he had with LL) will make it easy for Manny, because all he has to focus on is the technical side.
I think Wlad & Vitali are still favorites against him. Wladimir now is much more mature and I expect him to use experience to hold/survive early assaults that might get him knocked down. Vitali is just tougher than Wlad, so I can't have him an underdog vs Wilder. I will make Wilder a favorite against all Heavyweight contenders, to become a favorite against Wlad/Vitali he has to improve his skills mainly increase his punch output to unheard of levels in the Heavyweight division & ignore ******s who want him to put on extra weight...just cause his legs don't look thick like all the guys he KTFO atsch
for a second i thought u talking about about pacman.... manny is missed... i think he wouldn't have been a bad option for somoene like khan either
Manny Like guys with a good height advantage, he will have Khan fight as a Lightweight where he could have been a better fighter anyways. At Jr Welter he is a contender who can win titles, at Welter he is just a contender looking for a big payday
Wilder is trained by a former world champion if I recall correctly. Maybe Wilder just has a very slow learning process.
Wilder is trained by Mark Breland, Manny didnt train him when he was alive.. Why would things be any different if he was still alive???
Steward(RIP) would actually be a solid trainer for Wilder. He could help him improve a lot and possibly carry him to a serious level.
agreed, bearing in mind how he made Hearns, Wlad and Lennox ATG's, though Wilder is nowhere near their level
Steward isn't a miracle worker. Mark Breland is a former champ. He knows boxing. Watching Wilder's slow progression, is akin to trying to mold cold clay. It takes a hell of a long time.
