"If Marquez and Pacquiao both win, the World Boxing Organization regulations would view the Filipino as [the mandatory] challenger to Juan Manuel. Pacquiao goes against Rios for the WBO International title, while Marquez will attempt to capture the world welterweight championship of the WBO from Bradley. If both win the bout between them would be ready, but of course, the fighters have the last word," Paco said.

I cannot post the rest but its at Boxing Scene.

Oh NO! The mighty wbo will FORCE two star boxers who have long abandoned alphabet titles and are known simply are the best in the world, to do a fight that milions of dollars couldn't make happen.

Yup. When pigs fly and Arum won't lie.

If Marquez and Pac both win their next fight, we maybe seeing a Pac vs Marquez 5.

Since Pac will be the mandatory challenger.

Roidquez is going to retire before he has to face Pacquiao because Roidquez knows he won't be allowed to have steroids in his system this time and his true self will show.

Pac was doing well in the 4th fight but if this 5th fight does happen, Pac will be more cautious and will be more smarter in that fight.

Marquez was bleeding badly in the 4th fight and Pac rushed in for the kill but was careless.

Pac was doing well against Roidquez, but think about what would've happened if Roidquez wasn't doped on PEDs. Pac would've crushed him like a little 3rd grade urine drinker that he is. For all the fans of both fighters, I truly hope a 5th fight happens but with random VADA testing but I know Roidquez will claim retirement before that happens. Little does he know, his after-retirement reputation will be forever tainted with PED controversy.

What kind of testing are they doing in the Bradley vs Marquez fight?

4th fight was the best fight. A 5th fight? Meh, the series is over, Marquez is the better man. Regardless of who won the first three they were all close then one KTFOs the other hard in the 4th? It's over. Pac was doing great but still, too brutal a KO. I don't understand how Marquez managed to both KD and KO Pac after being unable to do it in 3 fights. Marquez never even hurt Pac before. Can't blame PEDs until I'm sure, maybe Pac's chin got worse? People say it's because he went for the KO but I don't believe that, Marquez has landed near identical shots on Pac before.

I think for Manny it wasn't justified though. No one said Pac was on PEDs until Mayweather started talking about it. Pac NEVER looked like a roider physically. The only thing people commented on was his head and that was after the Mayweather accusations. Pac's body has never looked like that of a roider. However, before Marquez vs Pac 4, people started commenting on Marquez's different look.

I don't know if Marquez is on roids but he LOOKED it.

This is true. The PED accusations against Pacquiao came mostly from the Mayweather camp. Those accusations were baseless as shown in court and Mayweather had to pay Pacquiao's team to settle the case.

On the other hand, claims about Roidquez PED use came from UFC fighters, other professional boxers, boxing experts who saw the transformation, media due to the association with Heredia, etc.

Regardless, if we look at right now (the present), this is where we stand.
Manny is doing random VADA testing against the Rios fight. VADA isn't perfect but it's the best available option out there to prove (especially if random) that someone is clean. Pac has certainly taken the right steps to show that he's a clean fighter. This has been confirmed by the VADA org if you look it up.

What's Roidquez doing for the Bradley fight? Oh, he avoided any kind of legit testing and was happy to get the Nevada Commission to do it which is one of the shadiest organizations of all. As I said, once Roidquez retires, his reputation will be permanently overshadowed by PED controversy.

Did Marquez also turn down testing before the third and fourth Pacquiao fights? My memory's a bit hazy about which side offered to test and which one turned it down.

Team PED asked for further testing.....

    .... Team Marquez accepted....

.... Team PED withdrew their request

The most blatant steroid cheat since Ben Johnston/Lance Armstrong (yet he gets away with it cause its THE most corrupt sport on the planet)
